My favorite English football club, Chelsea also known as Blues saw fireballs at their own home ground yesterday. Manchester City, not really one of the strongest clubs whacked The Blues a good 4 goals to 2. It still stings even now!!!
But people aren't talking about how well Man C did as underdogs, or how Drogba missed so many chances to score. The breaking news is: "Wayne Bridge refuses John Terry's handshake."
Wayne, former Chelsea defender, now playing for Man C is still emiting noxious fumes of anger over Terry's, his one time buddy and team mate, fling with his ex wife.
It must hurt a great deal finding out your best friend is getting it on with your ex, but I still think Mr Bridge acted immaturely by refusing the handshake. Come on, I understand he is heart broken, probably feels like cow dung, but he should learn to draw a line between professional and personal issues. And after all, him and his ex were already divorced when the whole John Terry thang happened. His anger shouldn't be that raw...
Well, I don't know......
Maybe I should first walk a mile in Wayne Bridge's shoes to understand.
